After the shippment was trusted to a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FEDEX the carrier has the responsibility for delivery it to the destination, and the carriers rules take precedence of OKdeals.com policies. Errors are sometimes unavoidable, and OKdeals.com assures you that correcting errors will be accorded highest priority possible.
