Canceling/Changing the Order

OKdeals.com wants to help you when you need to cancel or change your order. Please send us a MESSAGE  indicating  the order id number and your name, and  we will promptly accommodate your request and  acknowledge the change by sending you an email - if we have your email address. Please note that at times it may not be possible to cancel an order, such as when it has already been shipped.
