This is a plan for a drive to the west coast to take advantage of low prices for trips to Asia. One has a vacation road trip in either direction, and there are many stops to visit family and friends in both directions and on the West Coast before and after the flights to/from Asia. Since this plan was made some friends and family have moved, so the plan would be altered if used in the future.

Monday, May 26. Drive to Omaha, NE. Night with family.

Tue the 27th, drive to Benkelman, NE. Night with family.

Wed the 28th, drive to Rocky Mountain Nat. Park. Camp for the night.

Thur the 29th, drive to Grand Junction, CO. Night there.

Fri the 30th, drive to Bryce Canyon Nat. Park, UT. Camp there.

Sat the 31st, drive to Las Vegas, NV. night there with friends.

Sunday the 1st of June. Drive to Redlands, CA. Night with friends.

Mon, June 2. Day in Redlands. Second night with friends.

Tue, June 3. Day in Los Angeles. Third night with friends.

Wed, June 4. Drive to San Luis Obispo. Stay with family.

Thur, June 5. Drive to Monterey. See aquarium.

Fri, June 6. Drive to Bay Area to stay with family.

Sat, June 7. Bay Area with family

Sun, June 8. Bay Area with family

Mon, June 9. Bay Area with family

Tue, June 10. Bay Area with family

Wed, June 11. Fly to Asia to do research and visit family there.
