Thursday |
Explore Pago Pago. Either take a day trip to Aunu’u Island or else hike in the National Park of American Samoa. See the Amalau Valley and visit the village of Vatia. |

Friday |
Either see the National Park, Amalau Valley, and Vatia, or else go swimming at Alega Beach, or possibly take a day trip out to Aunu’u Island. |

Fly to Ofu Island. Hang out at Ofu Beach |

Day for snorkeling and swimming at Ofu beach. |

Tuesday |
Return to Pago Pago with the first flight of the day, and then fly on to Apia (probably the Fagali’i airport in Apia) in Independent Samoa. Check into hotel and explore Apia. |

Day 12 |
Wednesday |
Take the cross island road and stop to see the Bahá'í Temple, hike the Lake Lanoto’o Walk, see Papapapai-tai Falls, and slide down the Papasee’a Sliding rock. Return to Apia to see the fiafia at Aggie Grey’s hotel in the evening. |

Thursday |
See Robert Louis Stevenson Museum and Mt Vaea Scenic Reserve, then spend the rest of the day at O le Pupu-Pu’e National Park. Return to Apia to see the fiafia at the Hotel Kitano Tusitala. |

Friday |
Go swimming in the Piula Cave Pool (Fatumea Pool). Go Snorkeling. Dinner at le Godinet restaurant. |

Fly to Fiji. Arrive in Nadi and explore that town. |

Explore Suva. See the Fiji Museum. Drive back along the Coral Coast to Nadi, stopping for a swim at Natadola beach again. |
