See Dunfermline Abby in Dunfermline (2 hours). Visit Culross Palace and walk around Culcross (3 hours). Go on to Stirling (30 min) and spend night at Firgrove Guest House in Stirling.

Visit Stirling Castle and Doune Castle. Late afternoon drive north to Inverness (3 hours). Night in Inverness at Inverness Student Hostel.

Day around Loch Ness.

Drive to Newcastle Upon Tyne (6 hours). Turn in car. Night in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Board ferry for Göteborg.
