Pharoah ruled with Sabaya Kazoli until 1997 when Myi Rusa was declared king. In 1998, Myi Rusa was replaced with Stri Baja and C'ana Tu Ya was proclaimed the successor of the throne. In 1999, C'ana Tu Ya ascended to the throne of what became known as the Sabaya Association. The Sabaya Association was established by Sabaya (later Flaya) Kazoli that united the peoples of Rajah Vale, Kensa Leso, and Kingsa Leso under one royal leadership with permission from the Emperor and Empress. The States under the S.A. can choose to leave at anytime. Later in 1999, Meiyeija Leso was added to the Sabaya Association when its community's population transfered into Rajah Vale's population. Also in 1999 until 2000 the King of Rajah Vale shifted from Stri Baja to Ta Ke, Ta Ke was king of Taya and thereby king of Joyjzhoi. He became the King of the Sabaya Association. By 2000, Ta Ke was replaced by Jalirasa, the lijab of Queen C'ana Tu Ya.In 2003, Jalirasa and C'ana Tu Ya broke up, but Jalirasa remains king.
