Our History On April 19, 1995 the Alfred P Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was destroyed by a terrorist attack that killed 168 people, adults and children. In a city northwest of Oklahoma City named Enid, a group of young people gathered to discuss what happened. Horrified by what happened and wanting to do something to be able to understand how the human heart could do something like this, an experimentation in society began; the process of what would today be Ejah.
Every society needs a start, and the best start is with a past. So the twelve young people took elements of a game they played when they were young and turned them into the beginings of the new society and the mission was born. Ejah was born. |

Our Mission to unite people in peace through the exploration of civilization, society, and life by creating a civilization and people of our own for experimentation; to take ideas and test them and if they fail to try new ideas and take what works and combine it; to spead a message of peace, unity, and cooperation despite diverse geography, language, beliefs, feelings, and any other things that make us unique; to celebrate humanity's uniqueness and embrace each individual's individuality; to empower others to work towards this cause. |

Today April 19, 1995 is not the only terrorist attack that people in our world have had to face and it was not the first. As those in Ejah have grown older and began peering more closely at the world in which we reside we have realized many things. In the ten years that Ejah has existed alone there have been hundreds of terrorist attacks around the world as well as outright genocide of people in several areas. Ejah is only ten years old in its existence, but consider for a moment all the horrible man-made destruction and death that has occured in those ten years. Sine 1995 until now. With terrorism increasing and a "War on Terror" pitting violence with more violence, Ejah's mission has never been greater. As Ejah uses this anniversary as time to restructure ourselves and refocus our energy towards our mission, we can only pause briefly to celebrate our continued existence and the struggle it has been to get to the ten year mark. With the help of all its members we will continue to survive so long as they are dedicated to the mission. |
