The Ktarl-Ktarl race is most probably the strongest alien race known in the Outlaw world. They are very fast, have great scences, and sharp teeth. They also haves liltle upside-down triangeles on there cheeks. They are decorated in stripes, which makes them look like a tiger. These giant beasts can only transform by the light of the moon (Thats why this site is called Beast of the Ful*Moon))
While Eisha met up with Jene on Blue Heaven she attempted to transform....but there was no moon on Blue Heaven, in other words...she was screwed. You have to admit that Eisha is very beautifull when she is in tiger mode. Her percing blue eyes are absolutly stunning. This is another reason why I think Eisha is the beast person on the anime! |
