| The Four Immesurable Thoughts May all beings have happiness and the cause of happiness. May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. MAy all beings never be without true happiness free from suffering. May all beings abide in great impartiality, free from clinging to loved ones and aversion for others. |
| The Seven Limbs Prayer Reverently, I prostrate with my mind and body, speech and mind And reverently clouds of every type of offering, actual and mentally transformed. I declare all my negative actions accumulated since beginningless time. And rejoice in the merits of all holy and ordinary beings. Please remain until Samsara ends. And turn the Wheel of Dharma for sentients beings. I dedicate the merit created by myself and others to the great enlightenment. |
| Generating the Mind of Enlightenment With the wish to free all beings I shall always go for Refuge To the Budha, Darma, abd Sangha Until the attainment of full enlightenment Enthused by compassion and wisdom Today in the Buddhas presence I generate the Mind of Enlightenment For the benefit of all sentient beings As long as space endures And as long as sentient beings remain May I, too, abide To dispel the miseries of the world. |
