Hey,
Hmm...it's been a while since I last wrote. Miss me? :P Well, you should! Hehe. Sigh...I don't know if I can write this entry successfully. I'm gonna find out if I get into UVA in about 2 and a half hours and I'm sooooo nervous!!! Eeeekk...I hope I get in!! I didn't find out till this afternoon that they moved it 5 days earlier. We were supposed to find out on Dec. 1st but they changed it. So...hopefully...*fingers crossed*
Anyway, let's talk about something else. I don't wanna spend the whole time thinking about that. What have I been up to lately? Oh yes...Help-the-Homeless Walkathon. Well, I led a group of people from Marshall and we went into DC at 7:30am this past Saturday. I know, it's way too early! But 9 other people showed up and I was quite happy of the turn-out. Last time, we had 15 but some of the people were kinda by themselves, excluding from the group. This time, it was more fun cuz everyone knew everyone else so it was like a party! LOL. I get really optimistic, don't I? *chuckle* Anyway, when we got there, there were tons of people!!! We had to go and check in. There was some trouble with our registration but everything worked out. We all got long-sleeve orange shirts. And it was funny cuz when we were walking, you could see where we were going by the orange line from afar! The day was marvelous with the sunshine and clear sky. We walked around the Mall, Tidal Basin and the Monument and we were just joking around and having fun. The "kids" were running around, chasing each other through the crowd. HAHA! Us, 4 seniors, were together and the rest were juniors and sophomores and somehow we always were divided up like that even though we all knew each other. It was all fun and games! Devin was CRAZY!!! He was just climbing up stuff the whole time. He's so quick and light. He should be a superhero! We were joking about how he should major in "superherology" in college. LOL. I wish I could jump up a tree as fast and easily as him. He's the monkey boy! Haha...So anyway, when we were done with the walk, we decided to stay a little while in DC. We went to the statue garden(??) and then chilled there for a bit before we headed back. We were trying to decide where to eat but we didn't know the places too well so we just got back on the metro and headed back home. Afterwards, we went to Pizza Hut for some food and talked a bit. We were a hungry group of people! :P
So that was Saturday. Sunday was my Group 4 experiment. It was kinda nice. Not too shabby. I went to pick up Arash at work, which is Starbucks. He was training a girl about coffee and what goes well with what. I got to listen in on some stuff. And then he made me a Chocolate Brownie Frappacino. YUM! Good stuff! We got to school a little late and everyone else was there. Well, we had to get the water and the drugs so it's not our fault. But we threw a baseball to a target and timed it and measured the distances to the bullseye. Billy, Mark, Marian and Arash took the caffeine pills and then threw the baseball again. So it wasn't too hard to do. And it was funny...the caffeine pills actually made them more sleepy when they got home. Hmm...good stuff, right? Haha. So this Saturday, we're meeting again to test the effects of NyQuil and that should be fun. Groggy people throwing baseball aimlessly...LOL. Yup, that'd be way too funny to watch. Luckily, I'm not being tested on. Well, the guys volunteered!!!
Hmm...I think I'm gonna stop it here. I dunno...I feel weird right now. A bit nervous, a bit upset and a bit indifferent. I just don't feel like writing anymore. Don't know what's up. But I'm excited that all my sisters are coming back tomorrow though. Lynn is bringing her fianc and his sister as well. So these 5 days are gonna be CRAZY! But that's all good. *wink* Well, I hope to talk to you guys again soon. But right now, I'm gonna go wait for the nerve-wrecking result! UGH! Pray for me. Night!

Some people tell me
That you're not my kind
And I'd believe them
But I can't get you off of my mind
Some people tell me
That I should stay away
Maybe I will
