How's everyone? I just want to give a shout-out right now for someone. HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY, RICHARD!!! :D Hope your day is filled with joy and your loved ones! I'm sure you're having fun. *wink* :) Well, now that I've finished that wish, let me tell you what I've been up to. I'm somewhat enjoying my freedom from school. :P
Well, Saturday was pretty okay. Got a lot of rest and cleaned my room. It was really messy cuz I haven't had time to tidy it in a while. But I cleaned it and tidied up my binders and books from this school year while Aye was out playing mini-golf with Daniel. That was good. It gave me some time to organize my stuff. Otherwise, my room would still be a mess if it weren't for that. I gotta look thru a lot of pictures too and put away some of the things I've collected over the past year. Reminiscenced some memories...I organized my photo album so it'll be nice to look at next time. It's up to date! Hehe. But Aye and Daniel came back after a while and we played Settlers again, this time with Lynn. It was Lynn's first time so we taught her how to play it. She liked it too. But guess what? I won!!! YAY! I have never won that game and I actually won this time. I was so happy and of course, I was gloating! *wink*
I watched "Legends of the Fall" again yesterday and cried a bit cuz of that. I'm liking Brad Pitt now. I used to hate him but after watching "Ocean's 11," he seems to be pretty ok now. But yeah...it was a good movie and I really enjoyed that. I gotta talk to Aye too and we watched Westlife videos last night. I haven't watched them in a long time and it was nice to see their cute & hot faces again!!! Haha...:P And Mark with that sexy sexy voice!! Oooh...*fanning myself* LOL. Well, it's true! :)
So Aye and I talked again for a while last night and read some magazines. I stayed up till 1:30am last night just goofing around. If it was just a free day today, it wouldn't have been bad at all. But I had to go to my first day of work at 9:30am so that wasn't too pleasant. I had lost a lot of sleep the night before as well. :( Well, I was having fun at the time but it wasn't too pretty this morning! Lol.
So yeah, first day of work today. Got a little lost but got there just in time. I'm working for Loren's dad this summer. He publishes roadmaps and stuff for vacational purposes for the military. So I was his secretary somewhat. He has an actual secretary so I'm just the "little" secretary, I guess. But it was kinda cool cuz I was sending letters to the generals and majors across the country and I felt important! Haha. :P But yeah...recording data in the computer, stuffing and mailing envelopes, faxing, etc. It was fun. I had my own computer and my own desk right next to the window. The only problem is that I don't have much privacy. There is a guy named Nigel on my right side just 3 feet away and my boss is behind me at another desk. It was tiring though. I worked from 10 to 6pm today and just got home a couple hours ago. And because of the lack of sleep, I'm really tired now. Sigh...I'll sleep a lot tonight, k? :) I don't have a fixed schedule so I guess it won't be this tiring later on. I'm just working 20-40 hrs a week depending on the workload. And I accomplished a lot today. Being very efficient as I am (*gloating* Haha!) I got done a lot of things. I didn't even rest or take a break. It was just work, work, work. I think my boss was impressed. :D Hehe...but yeah..my first official job. It feels good! :)
