We're SENIORS, baby!!! WHOOHOOO!!! I cannot believe it! But yeah...one more year to go before we're out of here. Sad and exciting. Hmm...well, let's get into my day, shall we? :D
Well, last day of school...so it was exciting and sad to see some people for the last time before school starts again in fall. *sniff sniff* I saw Ali as I walked down senior hall to turn in my CAS hours but the IB center was closed. It felt so weird to think that next year we'll be ruling that hallway! :P But yeah, I was talking to her and then I met Devin Mawdsley. So I stopped and talked to him for a while. He told me about high schools in Kenya cuz that's where he's moving in a couple of weeks. But anyway, he told me that Kenya has 5 yrs of high school! Both Ali and I kinda cringed a bit. 5 yrs? Ooh. :O And we're here complaining about 4 yrs. Haha. :P We walked around a bit and then took some pix with Loren and Meriem as well. Then to classes.
HOA was fun. I was talking with Meriem and Lindsay and I asked Arash to take a pix of us. And Sky was trying to get into the picture as well. First, he was sneaking behind us and then he lay on the desks in front of us and posed. Of course, if Arash had taken the pix, Sky would have had some horns on his head. Hey, it wasn't me! (Or was it? Muahahaha!) Haha! Anyway, that was funny. But he finally let us have a pix. So we did. And then Arash suggested we should take a pic as the Angels (cuz he's Charlie and we're the 3 angels...yeah, it's crazy but...:P Haha). So we posed with "guns" in our hands. :D Hopefully, that'll turn out well. We'll just have to wait and see. *wink*
So yeah, the day went on. Classes after classes (only about 15 minutes each). Said bye to a few people and the teachers and had some fun. And we were done at 9:20. I had French last period and as soon as the bell rang, I came out into the hallway and yelled, "We're done!! Seniors!! Whoohoo!" Some people turned around to see what was going on but I didn't care. It was such a relief and I was overjoyed. I was jumping up and down. I don't know where I got all that hyper-ness! Haha. Yeah, Meriem, I got your -ness phase! But yeah...junior year is OVER! WOW. It's unbelievable. So then I came home and watched ER again. So sad...:( But loved it!
Aye is getting really sick again so I took care of her. Well, it's just to talk to her cuz she was getting bored lying in bed all day. *wink* But I kept her company while I played some computer games in between. But this evening, I thought I would spend some time alone and reflect upon this year. So I wrote some thoughts down and read some of my past entries and reminisced about past memories. I think it was a good alone-time. I got to learn some things about myself and some things the way they were at the time I wrote them down. But yeah...sigh...
Well, I won't keep you here any longer. Go do whatever you wanted to do while there was school. Now we're free. "FREEDOM!!!" Ohh...I love that movie! *wink* But ok, see ya later, budz! HAVE AN AWESOME SUMMER!!! :D
