Soda Bread
1/4 stone plain white flour
1/2 oz sugar
1/2 oz salt
1/2 oz cream of tartar
1/2 oz bicarbonate of soda
1 quart buttermilk
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Make into a firm dough with the buttermilk. Put in a greased tin and bake in a hot oven.
