Canapes Diane

4 chicken livers
seasoning
squeeze of lemon juice
4 rashers of streaky bacon
8 tiny toast fingers

Cut chicken livers into halves. Season and flavour with lemon juice. Cut each rasher of bacon into halves. Wrap each chicken liver in half-rasher and secure with a cocktail stick. Grill until bacon is crisp and brown. Serve on pieces of hot buttered toast.
