I have flirted with the wind
And danced among the stars,
I have sung songs to the Sun
And in silence known the Moon,
I have felt myself to be old,
But known myself to be young
And I have known the Oldest Gods
And seen the youngest morn.
I have been beyond the North Wind
And within the Northern Lights
I have visited the fay folk
And learned the tales of worms
I have been within enchantment
And known the truth of myth
There is magic all around me,
And all the world is wonder.
