| Training Information (cont.) Alright the next step is explaining what the experence gain system, and how much TNL (to next level) you need to move foward and gain more skills. Everyone starts on level one and when you do training, or complete a job you gradually gain experence points and level up, however just like in real life everyone learns at different speeds so everyone has a differnt combat multiplier, this number controls how much xp you gain per minute. ex.) If your multiplier is 1, then you'll gain the base number of experence points every minute. So it would be (Base * 1)(minutes)=Total. ex.) Let's say your multiplier is .5, then you'd get (Base * 0.5)(minutes)= Total The reason I wrote base there is becuase as you level up, everytime you reach a new pleateau you gain more experence per minute. If you're sparring then you gain twice as much experence per minute becuase you're training with another person... if more people join the fight then you gain more experence. ex.) Let's say you're fighting with one other person. The equation would be (2xBase * multiplier)(minutes)=Total. ex.) If it was a three person spar you'd get (3xBase * mulitplier)(minutes)=Total and so on Experence Chart (click here to see how much experence points you need per level, as well as how much you gain per level) Skill Chart (click here to see how your skill points work) Ninja Ranks Listed below are the three basic Ninja Ranks Genin: This is the lowest Ninja Rank, and it's what every member starts as. Usually three Genin's are assigned to a Jounin to train under (however to start off this probably will not happen due the fact we'll have no stronger members). Genin's are assigned the basic jobs that the village needs done like picking up garbage, and weeding people's yards. However when they are not doing these tasks most of their day is devoted to getting stronger so that they can become Chuunin's. Chuunin: Genin's who complete the Middle Ninja exam are promoted to the rank of Chuunin. Their missions are upgraded, and they are expected to be able to lead their groups. Normally they're in charge of teaching students in the Academy but becuase we're skipping that step they don't have to do that. Jounin: When a Chuunin shows that he/she has become a 'master' of the art of being a ninja they are promoted to Jounin level. Jounin's get the most difficult missions and are assigned three Genin's to train under them. It's the Jounin's job to prepare their Genin's for the Chuunin Exam in any way they can. Although the chart says that 11+ is considered Chuunin level, the only way to attain the experence boost and get better missions is to pass the Chuunin Exam which will be held whenever we get enough Genin's to hold it |
