I've never gotten this feeling before,
I've never felt this way,
But this feeling has taken over me,
and I don't really know what to say.
It's a feeling unlike any other,
that you feel when the time is right,
It's a feeling that you can't seem to forget,
that dwells on you day and night.
It keeps you company when you're lonely,
and makes you happy when you're sad,
It boosts your worries into memories,
and lightens you up when you are mad.
It makes things more beautiful,
then what the eyes can often see,
It makes you feel inside of things,
to make them more than what they seem.
It's there to pull you through,
and to help someone in need,
And it seems to be the main route,
to doing a good deed.
It's a special type of feeling that was sent from up above,
It's one you'll treasure every moment,
and it's called the gift of love!
