A Special Gift Called.....YOU!!!
Thanks for always being there,
when I needed you those days,
I can't tell you how much this means to me,
because it's more than words can say.
You stuck by me through thick and thin
and you never let me down,
You've always kept a smile on your face
and I've never seen you frown.
How can I repay you for being so honest, special, and true,
And for making me feel comfortable,
whenever I'm near you.
You helped me to believe in myself,
and you made my heart grow strong,
And you eased the pain that I felt in my life,
and you stopped me from doing wrong.
You're the reason I'm still around and what makes me feel so good,
Because you gave me the chance to feel the love
I never thought I would.
The love they call a special friendship, that prospers over time,
And it's something I have slowly earned,
that I can't buy with a quarter or dime.
You can't set a price for a gift, that is given from the heart,
Because it's a passion that grows inside of you,
that you should treasure from the start.
If there's ever a time you need me,
or you have something you'd like me to do,
Don't be afraid to tell me, 'cause I'd do anything for you.
