A Lost Dream
I touched you,
You touched me,
Together at last,
Our two hearts meet.

I stare into your eyes,
you gently touch my face,
The world around us disappears,
we have entered our heavenly place.

I take your hand as you pull me close,
the music begins to play,
Silence among our lips again,
To and fro we sway.

We start to walk across the night,
our voices scattered in the wind,
I meet the you that's locked inside,
and slowly I let you in.

As I start to tell you I love you,
and let you know you're all I need,
I realize that you're not here again,
I was locked inside my dreams.
