With the opening of the web site
we also have found some great news for some of you. About 2 months back one of our members wanted to know about a
song from the blade one movie. The song
is preformed in the movie by three little Japanese girls and a DJ. If you have seen the movie. It’s the part were Blade enters the club
with the old men and finds the Vampire library. Ok back to the story. The
song was not on the score to the 
movie or the sound track.
After looking around and going to many web sites. I had found the name of the group. Bang Wa Cherry. The song is called Chin Chin. In the movie it is being mixed by a
Dj going by the name, Dj June. But
after spending many days looking for a copy of the song or a cd that may have
been issued, I came up empty handed. It
seem that both the group and the Dj haven’t issued any cd’s or singles, or
change their names after the movie was made.
Many people lead to think that the group was really Cibo Matto, and that
the song was Birthday Cake in Japanese.
The only problem with this is that the blade movie came out in the
simmer of 98. And Cibo Matto was making
music under that name before the movie.
And are much older then the girls in the movie. Now to the new shit…. After looking around for no reason on the april's shonen
knife page! I came across people
with the same problem. Being that I had
read this little article she wrote before I paid no mind to. Seeing that it hadn’t changed. But for some reason I opened up my
Peer-to-Peer program and typed the Groups name in. And before my eyes there was a song by them, Bang Wa Cherry, and
it was the Chin Chin song. Also I found more help on a web page I never look at
before. If you know Japanese or have
one of those IM things that changes the word for you. I’d look this one up. Or

Web site opened and still needs a
little work. Just hold on and we will
