Aftermath
What have our contestants been up to? Here’s the inside scoop on each…
Million Dollar Winner Kevin
Kevin reneged on his deal to pay the others. “If they were stupid enough to believe that, they deserved what they got- nothing! Ha ha ha!” He paid approximately 350,000 dollars in taxes, and lost the remainder of the money gambling on pro wrestling matches. He is currently blackballed from the rest of the family, and has a no-future job working retail at Staples.
First Off the Island Brian
Having been thrown off the show so quickly, nobody even remembers he was ever on TV. He returned to his comfortable life as a happily married postal worker in Pennsylvania.
Lone Sister Bethany
Her cuteness has landed her several modeling opportunities. She’s currently looking into ditching her Polish spouse in favor of a trophy husband.
Disgusting Eldest Brother Eddie
He parlayed his celebrity into a recurring role on MTV’s program `Jackass’, and there’s a persistent rumor in the tabloids that Howard Stern Productions is planning on casting him in a feature length movie.
Inexplicably Long-Lasting Gregory
His oft-quoted comment `Shut up, Kevin!’ became a national sensation, heard everywhere from beer commercials, to college campus speeches, to everyday slang, even into pro-wrestling, when Kane debuted his new finisher- the `Shut Up Kevin Claw’ (a Mandible Claw variant).
Runner-Up Eric
Having made piercingly astute comments on the state of politics right before he was voted off, he was quickly hired by a conservative think tank, and currently gives speeches for upwards of 250,000 dollars a shot to colleges, businesses, and political organizations.
With an extremely high recognition rate (from his durability on the show) and high national approval rating (for his willingness to rescue his brother, even if was going to cost him the game), he is currently mulling a possible run for Senate. Polls show him to be a shoe-in.
