Roll 4d6, subtract the lowest and add the other three.
Start recording when you have a 16 or above.
Arrange scores however you like.

Choose race.
Human: humans are humans.
Elf: pointy-eared forest folks.
Leprechaun: kinda like the Irish legendary types. They are all Wizards.
Fairy: like Tinkerbell.
Hobbit: like Bilbo or Frodo. I think they have a movie or a Burger King tie-in.
Dwarf: Stinky dwellers of mountain caverns.
Were: Lycanthropes- aka shapechangers. Change from human to an animal form. Some are famous, like werewolves, werebears, and weretigers. Some are less famous, such as werehedgehogs, weregorillas, and werechickens. If you don't like any of these, pick another type, and we'll create it- within reason.
Something Else Not So Powerful: Orcs, half-orcs, gnomes, goblins, etc. Let me know what, and I'll consider it.
Something Else Very Powerful: Dragons, demons, shoggoths, wyrms, giants, etc. Roll 1d100 and send me the results. This gives you a CHANCE to get a mega-beastie. It also gets you a chance of getting an irredeemibly evil Cthulhoid monster, or one of the above. You win some and you lose some.

Choose class.
Warrior: basic fighter types. Can use any weapon. Get a bonus to using armor.
Wizard: spellcasters with limited weapon use.
Rogue: untrained spellcasters with no weapon restrictions.
Priest: servant of a god. Get divine spells and weapon use based on their patron's cult.
Acolyte: religious fighters. Can get a few spells from their god.
Warrior-Wizard: combines these two classes into one extremely effective class. There are restrictions to taking the class- email me to see if you qualify.

Then roll 3d6 three times.

Send me the results.
