Other weapons, armor, etc... ask for this stuff at PLC before going on missions. It's cheaper than buying it. If you really want to purchase it, you can buy spare laser barrels, truncheons, etc.
Other items like cone rifles, flamethrowers, etc. can be purchased on the black market or from the Free Enterprise secret society. (Dealing with either is treason.)
There's more stuff available, of course, simply ask. (Requests for items not approved for your security clearance is treason.)
Higher clearance clones have more options of things to buy. The above list included items cleared for RED clearance clones.
I'm sure you won't need the first aid kit or gasmask. If Our Friend The Computer was going to assign you to a dangerous mission- which of course wouldn't be done, all missions are safe- you would, of course, be assigned any necessary protective or healing gear. The Computer says so, and who would doubt the word of The Computer? (Doubting is treason.)
Clearance- you are RED security clearance.
Secret Society- you are at degree One. (Secret Societies are treason.)
Mutant power (also treasonous)- you can register it with the computer. If you do, you may use your power in the service of The Computer freely without fear of termination for treason, but you'll make a great scapegoat when things go wrong. Or you may keep it secret- and, if caught using it, be summarily executed for treason.
