Welcome to the October Edition of the EI Alumni Newsletter!

Volume 1, Issue 3
Hello brothers!  It is already October!  Wow, this year has flown by!There are a few things that I would like to inform you about:

1. Homecoming 2003 -
Candidates from Delta Sigma Pi were Jeannie Ender and Mike Berg.  Their campaign slogan: "DSP - Business in the front, party in the back."  You are probably wondering why they choose that.. they wore mullets! For the talent show, they named their skit "Mardi Gras Match of the Mullets" and they competed with different hula hoop events and balls.  The winner of the hula hoop contest with Berg and Jeannie.. would be me! :) But in the end, the newly crowned MSU Homecoming 2003 was Aliona Kabikina who is a brother but ran with Shazad Anwer from the ISA.  Good job all brothers!

2. Pledges
We have 11 pledges this semester.  6 guys, 5 girls.  Everything is going great so far! That leads us to..

3
. Initiation
Last semester, we ended with EI Member #792.  We only need 8 more to hit 800!  This is going to be a big celebration!  We want ALL alumni members to return! Meet up with some people that you pledged with, or just meet some new people!
When?: Saturday, November 8
Where?: Location is known!  (I can not put it on the website, in case the pledges review the website.)  You all will be contacted with this information!

4. Alumni Updates
Brother Chris Sobraske -
He has accepted a job at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.  He is now doing management in training program.
Brother Troy Doyle
- He has accepted a job for IBM and will be relocating to Atlanta, GA in October.
Past North Central RVP, Brother Amy Briggs
- As most of you know, Amy Briggs was called to active duty earlier this year.  She is stationed overseas, and they are saying that she is expected to stay over there until May 2004.  I just want to say thank you Brother Briggs for helping keep us safe.
Do you have any updates? Married, children, job promotion.. Let me know!  I would love to hear more about all of you and how you are doing now!

That is all I have for right now.  Hope everyone has a safe Halloween and
I will see you all in November at initiation!

Fraternally,
Brother Suzie Couillard ~ EI #776
