Cover Story: Will Aftermath Tear The Core Apart?

It seems as though both the EHW World Heavyweight Champion Ravage, and the number one contender to his title, EHW Intercontinental Champion and one half of the EHW Tag Team Champions, Assasin, have been unusually laid back about the match lately. That is, until now. These two monsters have been tearing up EHW since day one, and you can bet that both men are out to prove to the public, as well as the newcomers to the roster, exactly who is the better man. With things heating up the past week on Fire with the announcement of the main event being an Okinawa Fatal Face-Off match, the roster backstage have been keeping a close eye on The Core, looking for flaws within that will benefit their cause in one way or another.

Many of those on the roster whove taken a glimpse into The Cores locker room have taken note that The Core may be crumbling behind the scenes. They say that Chaos seems to be in and out constantly, rarely long enough to carry a conversation with any member, and that both Trauma and Nyte Ryder are uncharacteristically quiet. One wrestler, who asked to remain anonymous, said that The Core seems to be headed in different directions and that Core members seem to have low spirits and that the only two men in the Core locker room with any drive, are Ravage and Assasin. Could this change in emotion be a sign of worry that The Core will indeed be ripped apart at Aftermath, or do the members already know something we dont? According to EHW superstars, the only thing for sure is that Nyte Ryder, Trauma, and Chaos look to be readying for a core meltdown and when it goes into full effect, its not going to be pretty. Whether or not these claims are true to life accounts, or simply figments of wishful thinking, remains to be seen.
