- Miza beat the odds and defeated Hunter for the title in a Barbed Wire Cage Ladder Match with The Great One as Special Guest Referee.
- Hunter defeated Matt Frank at EhWF Spring Shockwave 2000 to become the champ after interference from The Great One to form the new Elite.
- Matt "The Tank" Frank defeated McCain to become EhWF Champ at EhWF When Worlds Collide 2000.
- The EhWF opened its doors again after about a two month shut down period. All titles were declared vacant. A tournament was held for the EhWF World Heavyweight Championship. The finals of the tournament were held at EhWF Apocalypse 2000, the first PPV since the EhWF re-opening. Anthony McCain pulled off the victory over Hunter to become the new EhWF Champion.

defeated Hunter to become a two time Federation Champion. The federation was shut down soon after.
- Mike Fuller was stripped of the Heavyweight Title due to drug problems. The title was up for grabs at EhWF Rampage 1999 when Hunter became the World Champ by defeating Johnny Vassie.
- Arsenal was controversially stripped of the World Title and a huge Battle Royal was held at EhWF Armageddon 1999 for the vacant belt. Mike Fuller walked out the winner and new champion.

won the championship belt in a Four Corners match against The Whole F'n Show, MeltDown, and Mike Fuller.
- MeltDown (Travis Eden) defeated Mike Fuller and Arsenal in a Triple Threat Match for Fuller's championship at the first ever EhWF Pay-Per-View, EhWF Hotter Than Hell 1999.
- Mike Fuller defeated Brahma Bull to become the first EhWF Champion.
