- Chris Johnston defeated Ratfink at EHWF Natural Disaster 2001 on June 3, 2001 to become a two time World Heavyweight Champion.

- Ratfink defeated Johnston in an amazingly physical matchup on the May 15, 2001 edition of Tuesday Night Turmoil to win the World's Title.

- Hunter retired, leaving the World Title vacant. Arsenal, Chris Johnston, Johnny Blaze, and Ratfink competed in a Round Robin Tournament for the belt. Chris Johnston pinned Arsenal in the final match to win the World Title on April 29, 2001.

- Hunter pinned Johnny Vassie with a Figure Four Leglock and some brass knuckles in a brutal Steel Cage Match at EhWF Hardcore Apocalypse 2001.

- Johnny Vassie defeated The Devil Himself and Hunter in a Triple Threat Match to become a three-time EhWF World Heavyweight Champion.

- The Devil Himself pinned Ratfink at EhWF January Genocide 2001 to become a Double Champion.

- Ratfink defeated Vassie and Matt Frank in a Triple Threat match at EhWF LockDown 2000 for the belt.

- Johnny Vassie defeated Miza at EhWF Boiling Point 2000 for the title.

- A week later on Turmoil, Miza upset Arsenal to become a two time World Champ.

- At EhWF To Hell And Back 2000, Arsenal defeated Alek Strife for the World Heavyweight Title.

- Just four days after Blade won the belt, Alek Strife won back the title to become a two time World Champ.

- Blade defied the odds and won the Heavyweight Title, becoming a Double Champion holding both the World and IC Titles.

- Alek Strife defeated Johnny Vassie at EhWF Rampage 2000 to become EhWF World Champion in one of the most intense matches in EhWF history.

- Johnny Vassie defeated Travis Eden on an edition of Riot and Vassie was crowned a Double Champion holding both the World Heavyweight and Intercontinental Titles.

- Travis Eden defeated Miza just one week later to become World Champion.

- Miza beat the odds and defeated Hunter for the title in a Barbed Wire Cage Ladder Match with The Great One as Special Guest Referee.

- Hunter defeated Matt Frank at EhWF Spring Shockwave 2000 to become the champ after interference from The Great One to form the new Elite.

- Matt "The Tank" Frank defeated McCain to become EhWF Champ at EhWF When Worlds Collide 2000.

- The EhWF opened its doors again after about a two month shut down period. All titles were declared vacant. A tournament was held for the EhWF World Heavyweight Championship. The finals of the tournament were held at EhWF Apocalypse 2000, the first PPV since the EhWF re-opening. Anthony McCain pulled off the victory over Hunter to become the new EhWF Champion.

- Arsenal defeated Hunter to become a two time Federation Champion. The federation was shut down soon after.

- Mike Fuller was stripped of the Heavyweight Title due to drug problems. The title was up for grabs at EhWF Rampage 1999 when Hunter became the World Champ by defeating Johnny Vassie.

- Arsenal was controversially stripped of the World Title and a huge Battle Royal was held at EhWF Armageddon 1999 for the vacant belt. Mike Fuller walked out the winner and new champion.

- Arsenal won the championship belt in a Four Corners match against The Whole F'n Show, MeltDown, and Mike Fuller.

- MeltDown (Travis Eden) defeated Mike Fuller and Arsenal in a Triple Threat Match for Fuller's championship at the first ever EhWF Pay-Per-View, EhWF Hotter Than Hell 1999.

- Mike Fuller defeated Brahma Bull to become the first EhWF Champion.
