- X-Kalibur defeated Ratfink on July 15, 2001 at Hotter Than Hell in the Finals of an Intercontinental Title Tournament for the vacant championship.

- On June 8, 2001 Ebon handed over the Intercontinental Championship. It was vacated.

- Ebon made Chaos tap out at EHWF Natural Disaster 2001 on June 3, 2001 to win the Intercontinental Championship.

- Chaos defeated DDW in a hell of a cage match for the belt on the May 22nd edition of Turmoil

- DDW beat The Devil Himself for the belt on Turmoil.

- The Devil Himself defeated DDW at EhWF LockDown for the championship.

- DDW defeated former best friend Ratfink to win the Intercontinental Title.

- A week later on Turmoil, Ratfink pinned X-Kalibur to win the IC Title.

- Due to Blade's injury, the title was left vacated. The vacant Intercontinental Championship was up for grabs at To Hell And Back 2000 in a Triple Threat Match. X-Kalibur pinned Taylor Beatty to become the Intercontinental Champion.

- Soon after, Blade defeated HDP for the Intercontinental Title.

- At EhWF Rampage 2000, HDP defeated his brother Taylor Beatty to win the vacated Intercontinental Title.

- Chris Bauer defeated Vassie for the title, but quit the EhWF a few days later. The title was vacated.

- Johnny Vassie was stripped of the championship due to indecent behavior. A tournament was held at EhWF Hotter Than Hell 2000 on June 18 involving Vassie, Big Debo, Rage, and Miza. The finals saw Johnny Vassie regain his title facing Big Debo in yet another classic.

- Johnny Vassie defeated Debo for the belt on a classic Two Out Of Three Falls match on Riot.

- Big Debo defeated Beatty for the belt in a long awaited showdown on Friday Night Riot.

- The EhWF opened its doors again after about a two month shut down period. All titles were declared vacant. Taylor Beatty faced Blade at the first PPV since re-opening, EhWF Apocalypse 2000, and defeated him to win the vacant IC Title.

- Johnny Vassie defeated MeltDown in a re-match at To Hell And Back 1999 to regain the Intercontinental Championship. The federation was shut down soon after.

- MeltDown (Travis Eden) defeated Johnny Vassie for the IC Title.

- Johnny Vassie defeated The Soul Man and Hunter in a Triple Threat Match for TSM's IC Title.

- The Soul Man won the Intercontinental Title when MeltDown layed down for him and allowed him to win the title.

- MeltDown (Travis Eden) defeated Fuller for the Intercontinental Championship.

- Mike Fuller defeated Mr. Furious in a battle for the IC Title.

- Mr. Furious beat "Terrific" Taylor Beatty in a Cage Match for the IC Title.

- "Terrific" Taylor Beatty defeated Brahma Bull for the Intercontinental Title.

- Brahma Bull defeated Arsenal for the IC strap in a Chicago Street Fight.

- Arsenal won the Intercontinental Title on the very first Riot. 1
