The New York Rangers are an organization which has prided itself on developing/drafting good young talents. With good scouting and patience, the Rangers have assembled a team that will be competative now and in the future.
The order of the players was determined by none other than me using input from several hockey resourses, as well as, my organizations demand for specific positions and skills.
(Players must be 22 or younger to retain 'Young Gun' status)
