This is the first appearence of Super Plunger Man. You're askin' what the hell is a super plunger man well... he's an incompetant superhero.... or that's what he aspires to be since he's even more incompetant than that. Anyway, I came up with him when my best bud accidentally clogged the sink, so I came running up the stairs with the plunger screaming "I'M SUPER PLUNGER MAN!"
