Hey all!

I finally got a digital camera over the weekend so, as promised, I've posted some crisp new photos to the site. Highlights include photos of the local pigeons warming their arses up on a heat vent (read on) and some snaps of my work mates. I hope you also like some of the look and feel changes I've made to the site. I can also make short Mpeg movies on my camera so I've posted a brief one which you can view by clicking on the small picture to the left. I'm standing in front of the parliament building if you're wondering what that large old building is behind me. If you don't have the Quicktime plug in already then you need to
click here to install it (its free) or you won't be able to view the mpeg clip.

Another change to the web site is I decided to cough up the money to yahoo and pay for the site hosting so now there are no more ads, and no more error messages when you load the page.

Things continue to go well here. We just had another cold snap and another 30 odd cms of snow so it's really building up (see the photo of a car completely buried for evidence).
Now where did I leave my car?
I hope everything is going well for everyone back home. Thanks to those that sent me e-mails recently, it's great to hear what is happening back home.

Make sure you check out the new photos by
clicking here.

Ned.
Even the pigeons know where to warm up on a cold Ottawa day. This vent pumps out warm air from the building's airconditioner.
