| Dear Members and Parents, Welcome to the East Hartford High, NSBE Chapter. I would like to welcome you into the 2005-2006 year of this organization. You and your child are about to embark on a remarkable and exciting experience. The goal of this chapter is to obtain Academic Excellence. We believe that this is vital to the success of our members. This year we are planning on attending a number of exciting conferences, which will help our members to grow both in maturity and professional development. The conferences will also give our members a first hand look at the professional character of our collegiate members and Alumni. As the President of this chapter, I will strive to build up the character of our members and our organization. This will not be an easy task. It will take hard work and dedication. This is something that I am willing to rise to the occasion and accomplish the goal. Rome was not built in a day, nor did one person build it. That is why I am privileged to work alongside a very diligent and trustworthy E-Board. Together as a team we are working hard to make East Hartford High School the landmark of Academic Achievement. The only thing we need now is you. This experience will positively impact you for the rest of your life. In order to take advantage of this, you will need to come aboard and become a member of the most prestige student run organization in the country; The National Society of Black Engineers. I look forward to an exciting year. Welcome to NSBE! |
