Heritage is cultural elements transferred from one generation to another . so peoples' traditions in a country are considered behavioural manners stated in public laws . and should be followed as a stated law .

*Environment and it is effect on peoples' lives
The geographical features of oases have an important influence on forming peoples' lives and their social and economical activities . these features play an important role in distributing people in different places .

*Oases peoples' culture and beliefs
Local and international researches have proved that oases are open society enjoying social mobility and commercial activities . archaeologists illustrated the trade relations between oasis across the Red sea to the east of Arab Island . this was in the age of Nagada 1 5000 Be . this was shown by the mapot ancient trade routes and was included in the book of Arab dresses orts by Haithokulid Roth . this cannot deried because of the African and Egyptian relationships across the oases of the New Valley with the Sudan . we have many evidences that the oases have its rich Egyptian culture which is rooted deeply through the ancient Egyptian ages notorly by what showed through the historical remains but by what is existed through folklore culture represented in the number of costumes and folklore handmade works . they are lots of various items such as the folklore dresses represented by women's dresses with decoration which are distinguished by the characteristics of ancient Egyptian constumes .They are distinguished by the decorative units bright colours and so on . the costumes of today are nearly the same like those ones found in the Egyptian tourist museums . it is still found in the dressed and constumes of the folklore arts of the oases . this reveals the continuity of heritage among the new generation . the new generation still has the same ancient Egyptian heritage .

*The decorative units and their use in the environmental industries
The Oases are distinguished by a variety of natural environment . this factor has it's power in influencing the direction of the artist's activity . this leads to differences and variety in the handcrafts which are performed in these environments through amount and size . this is due to the influence of factor in production of these works and the differences of the surroundings from those factors of historical ages which the area passed through which had great influence of inspiring man and his talents and devising many techniques of arts and the experimental vision of the beautiful shapes and decorations including the natural environment .

*The characteristics of the general didect of the New Valley oases
It is well known that language is one of the speciolities which distinguishes the mankind from other races or creatures . it is well known that the language is divided into two parts :- formal and informal . this is not due to coincidence but by laws which can be described not interpreted for example the letter (L) is pronounced (n) in Elkasr in Eldakhla . the word (Sali) is said (sani) and the letter (R) also is sometimes pronounced like (R) like the word (lait) is said (rait) and the word (walad) is said (warad) this is perhaps due to the similarities in the pronunciation of the letters or the characteristics of the letters . the dialects of the Arab tribes that once lived in the Arabia have passed here to the Egyptian cities and towns in the time of the Islamic invation and it must have been combined with other original dialects and languages . thus we have one dialect now that has it's influence until now . so we can not say that a dialect is oresult of a certain one .
