INVESTMENT PROCEDURES .

How can you get achance of invisting in the new valley .
First : in the case of establishing progects in the industrial areas :-
(1) you must apply to specialize the area needed and to show in your application the area you want to invest in and establish your progect on it and to show the size and nature of your progect .
(2) you can get these application forms from the services office of investor (free of charge ) enclosed by catalougue of equipment that supposed to be installed in the factory ( the investor is helped to get what he wants . )
(3) the progect is stublished by the studing committee of studying the applications to specialize the area that suits the nature and size of the progect according to the investor's catalogues

4- This must be shown to the council of developing the
industrial areas to agree on the project and to give the
demanded area .
5- The area is given to the investor by and on the outhority at the
area administration and this is according to written
documents of receiving and to follow performing the project.

Secondly
In the case of the projects outside the industrial areas :-
1- you must apply to get the needed area and showing in your application from the area according to the size and nature of the project .
2- To give exact study that includes the following :-
a)- general idea of the project and it's contents .
b)- the investment cost permenant capital .
c)- the time programme of the project performance .
d)- size of workforce that the project can include .
3- The investor can be helped by the office of serving
investors to get agreement of the concerned organizations.
4- To be shown to the serving office of investors to agree on
the project .
5- To give the licence of giving the required area .
6- The contract and giving or receiving the land is done by
the local councils each in it's specialized area and the
performance is being followed up .

Facilities that can be received by the investors and used in the Governorate
1- the guide of investment is printed including the fields and the chances of investment that are available , procedures , facilities that can be given to the investors . it is distributed free of charge to businessmen , investors in all parts local and international . it is in every governorate now . it is in every foreign and Arab organizations of Government and in embassies .
2- A plan of five years is done of the investing projects that is the target of establishing them on the land of the government . the general organization of investment has been informed to make the propaganda .
3- The land of investment has been limited and known to establish many projects of investment in belt of the governorate with due care of decreasing prices and putting a flexible system of paying .
 The tourist land Tourist projects The prices are ranged from 1 pound to 10 pounds a square metre this is according to the site or location and utilities .
Reclamation project lands Prices are ranged from 100 pounds per feddan in the belt
of cities and villages , 50 pounds outside the belt .Lands of other projects of non-agricultural and tourist projects are estimated according to the location and it's utilities each one is on it's own .
4- Study of goodness is done especially for small industries like the average ones and models of the tourist , service , agriculture aimed at being in the governorate according to and including a plan to rise with the investment in the governorate , the propaganda and advertisement sector has a copy to give out to other offices of embassies outside and abroad . they are given to investors free of charge . investors who have the desire to invest their mony in projects and to direct them when establishing their projects.
5- The investor is helped to get the due agreement .
6- The period of completing every thing is limited to three months and this is a short period to begin performing .
7- Loans : 8 million as first stage 10 million as a second stage.
8- 25% reduction of payment on the monument taxes and the governorate is trying and doing it's best to exempt them .
9- reduction of payment for well digging .
10- receiving tax cards is easy done by the investment tax office .
