Goal: To forge new partnerships among levels, to facilitate collaboration across levels, and empower State and Local governments to deliver services more effectively.
Geodata web-site: Dept. of Interior sites serves as a �clearinghouse� to geographic information created by U.S. Census, Geographic Society, Dept of Agriculture etc.

Grants.gov: The �electronic storefront for Federal Grants.� �Find� portion has been implemented, while �Apply� portion is currently in the pilot phase.

Analysis: G2G is the least developed category of the E-Gov. Inter-dept. efficiency remains low.
Recommendation: Consolidation of G2G and Internal Efficiency and Effectiveness programs might help to push the G2G initiative forward. Appoint champions to oversea results.
