Chickenstock
Chickenstock, 31st August 2002, over 9 months since selling out Blaydon, the 'centric were back at their very best.

Bill Quay farm was the venue, the quiet place full of serenity was about to be rocked by a selection of the best bands in Gateshead. These included Hazard, Trouble Ticket, The Shimmer, various solo artists and Us.

The 'centric opened up with their most known song, Disparity, followed by Lost in Alcohol, which was different this time round, as it is now twice as fast. (Basically so the Leigh, the hard rocker on the drums didnt fall asleep!). After the drinking song, it was Memories Untold, followed by The Stereophonics - I Wouldn't Believe Your Radio, then Happy Living got its first live airing. Better Days and then Oasis, Sunday Morning Call finished off.

The crowd seemed to enjoy this outing, and hopefully Egocentric, will be back again soon. Chickenstock was a great day out, same time next year, eh lads!
