BUSTS
Alfonso Soriano (WAS)
2005- .268 AVG, 36HR, 104RBI, 30 SB
One of fantasysports owners favorite players and biggest headaches.  Very streaky player who's ability is unrivaled at his position.  He will still be a top second baseman but the power will be a major issue this year.  Don't believe me?  Just take it from Jose Guillen, hit 21 HR on the road and only 3 at home.  Soriano
hit 25 of his 36 HR in one of the biggest homerun hitters
parks.  This should lead to a huge decline in HR.  When
Soriano doesn't produce, he presses. Ask Yankee  fans how
that turns out.  I cannot comment on SB as I do not know
how the Nationals intend on using him.  Soriano will be
a "bust" because of the incredibly high price fantasy owners will pay to get him.  His numbers do not warrant him being drafted in the first 4 rounds at least.  If you want his kind of talent and ability, wait and take Rickie Weeks much later.

Expect:  .270 AVG, 22 HR, 85 RBI

Chone Figgins (LAA)
2005- .290 AVG, 8 HR, 57 RBI, 113R, 62SB
Fantastic numbers last season for this breakout utility player.  It seems that everybody knew how good he was before the Angels did.  It is hard not to love this guy that is a team player.  A second round draft pick is way too high for this guy.  Almost gained a SS designation by playing it in 4 games.  You can expect pretty much the same again from him this season but is he really worth a second round pick?  Why not draft Ryan Freel in the 12+ rounds and get a batter now that can hit you 40 HR.  Some lists have him above last years NL MVP Andruw Jones and Carlos Beltran.  Don't get me wrong, speed is important, but if you draft well you can get speed later on at other positions.  Not very many lead-off hitters can get 57 RBIs without being a great hitter. But somehow he manages to do it.  With drafting a player like Figgins or Pierre, don't expect anything more than runs and SB during any given fantasy week.  Not doing so will set you up for big let downs.

Expect: .280 AVG, 5 HR, 48 RBI, 110R, 55 SB
