Tails: Ultimate Life-Form

Chapter 0: The Beginning
Time: 13:00
5 days after SA2
Place: Over the ocean

"Boy, will Sonic be surprised when I show him the Tornado 3!" Tails said, flying in the T3. "He said he'd be in the rebuilt Station Square. I wonder where that is? All I know is that it's about 15 miles away from the original Station Square." He paused. "Hey, there's the old Station Square now!"
He looked down and saw the old Station Square, in ruins.
But there was something under the water. What was it?
Tails flew down to see what it was. But then, something grabbed him!
"Aha!" yelled an evil voice.
"Dr. Eggman!" Tails said, as he was knocked out by Robotnik.
"So this is the Ultimate Life-Form." said Robotnik, who was heading for his base.
But what he didn't know was that Tails fell off the machine into the new Station Square!

15 minutes later:
"Hey, where should we go next?" Sonic said to Selim (my own character, see character profiles in TRPG).
"I don't know, where do y-"
He stopped, because they saw Tails lying in the middle of the road, hurt.
"Tails!" Sonic said. "We need to get him to a hospital!"

Place:Gun HQ

"We have found that Miles Prower is the Ultimate Life-Form." said a GUN agent. "We need to destroy him. He is a threat to all mankind."
"But who will we send after him?" said another GUN agent.
"All of our strongest agents"

Place: Hospital

"Uh," said Tails, who was waking up. "Where am I?"
"The hospital," said Sonic. "Do you know what happened?
"The last thing I remember was being knocked out by Eggman." said Tails, then he fainted.

(Remember, Robotnik said that Tails was the Ultimate Life-Form AFTER Tails was knocked out.)

Place:Floating Island

"I've known this for a while." said Knuckles, who was guarding the Master Emerald. "I think I should tell him now. Tails HAS to know that he is the Ultimate Life-Form."
Then Knuckles went to find Tails.


Chapter 1: How Tails Was Created

50 years ago...

"Excellent!" said Gerald Robotnik. "Project Miles is doing great! Why did I even start on Project Shadow! This is great! Oh Maria, come see how this is doing!
"Ok." said Maria. She came in.
"I'm about to let it out." said Gerald.
All the sudden, the pod Project Miles was in opened. But it had 2 tails!
"How could this of happened!?" yelled Gerald. "How does it have 2 tails!?"

All the sudden things started to get wavy.

"I dooonn't knnnnooooww Graaannndddfattthheeer." Maria said.

"AAHHHH!!" screamed Tails. "What happened *pant* Sonic!?"
"Oh, you were just dreaming." said Sonic. "Go back to sleep."
"But where's Selim?"
"He left. He needed to get something."
"What?"
"You'll see. Now go back to sleep."
In a few minutes, Tails was fast asleep.

Oh well." said Gerald.
"Grandfather, are you going to awaken it? Also, what is his name?"
"His name is Miles Prower. I named it that because it sounds just like miles per hour. Now, to awaken him!"
So he went to go awaken him.
"Uhh," said Miles. "What's going on?"
"You are my latest creation!" said Gerald.

"What in the world is he dreaming about?" Sonic said. "Tails was perfectly still one moment, and the next, moving a lot!"

Selim wasn't going to return to the hospital, though. Instead, he was at Robotnik's base, waiting for him. What Sonic didn't know was that Selim saw Dr. Robotnik flying away in the distance. He knew that Robotnik was the reason Tails was hurt. Deciding to investigate, Selim decided to go to Robotnik's base, not telling Sonic. Then, Robotnik could be seen in the distance from the base.
"Wha-!" said Dr. R, now realizing that Tails was missing. "Where did he get to!?"

At a different place:
"Can I see him, Grandfather?" asked Maria.
"Sure!" said Gerald.
"Hello," said Miles. "Who are you?"
"My name is Maria, Maria Robotnik."
"Well," said Gerald. "Now it's time to test him."
"What do you mean, test me???" said Miles, as he was being dragged away by Gerald.

"I wonder if I should wake him up?" said Sonic. "Aw, nah."

"I have no clue where Tails is. I looked at his house, the Mystic Ruins, Station Square, and Sonic's place, and he wasn't in any of those places! Where could he be? I better try Eggman's base."
Knuckles was about to give up. He knew Tails wouldn't be in the hospital (How very wrong he was ). So, where could he be?

"Now, where could he be?" Robotnik seemed to have the same problem Knuckles was having. He looked at his house, the Mystic Ruins, and Station Square. But he wasn't there!
Robotnik was now leaving Station Square.

"Now, for the training, you're going to do some tests with your abilities."
Gerald was leading Miles down a long, narrow corridor towards the testing room. When they got there, Gerald took a key out of his pocket and unlocked the door. What they found shocked Miles.
What they found was a HUGE room, with an obstacle course of trees and boulders, and a lake. The roof was painted to look like the sky, and there was a big light that looked like the sun.
"Your first challenge is to Chaos Control across this lake."
"WHAT?"
"Oh, just say "CHAOS CONTROL!" while holding this emerald."
"Ok," he said as he took an emerald in Gerald's hand. "CHAOS CONTROL!"
All the sudden Miles disappeared and reappeared over the lake.
"Help me!!" said Miles.
Miles then fell in the lake. "SPLASH!"
"Oh boy," said Gerald. "I guess we'll start your 2nd challenge now."
"Okay, then, your next challenge is to stay underwater for as long as you can. Ready, set, GO!"
Miles then went under the water.
10 seconds passed.
Then 30.
Then a minute.
5 minutes.
Miles was still holding his breath.
10 minutes.
20 minutes.
25 minutes.
Miles wasn't being bothered at all. He was still staying under the water.
30 minutes.
33 minutes.
35 minutes.
40 minutes.
45 minutes.
Miles was still staying there, but he was starting to run out of air.
47 minutes.
50 minutes.
53 minutes.
55 minutes.
57 minutes.
Miles couldn't stand it anymore. He had to get some air. He went above the surface.
"Very good!" said Gerald Robotnik. "You beat Project Shadow's time by 30 minutes!! Now," he said as he threw a Chaos Emerald to Miles. "Try to Chaos Control to the target I put right next to me."
"CHAOS CONTROL!!!"
Miles disappeared... and landed EXACTLY on the middle of the target.
"Very good! Now for your 3rd challenge!"
"The 3rd challenge is to get through the obstacle course of trees and boulders. Ok, ready, set, GO!"
Miles started to run. He ducked under a tree, then squeezed through a narrow opening between 2 boulders. Now he was at a wall of boulders. He then climbed a tree that was near by, and jumped over the wall.
10 seconds.
Now he reached a box of boulders with a tunnel at the bottom. He quickly crawled through, getting stuck only once.
20 seconds.
Now he was at a big wall of boulders. Carefully, he climbed the wall and jumped over the other side.
"Excelleentt!" said Gerald. "Youuu goooot throoouuuuggh inn 28 seeconndds!"

"AHHH!" said Tails, who woke up again.
"Go back to sleep." said Sonic. "Don't wor-"
But before he could finish, Tails was back to sleep.
