Butter Prawns
Ingredients��
evaporated milk
butter/marjerin
one egg yolk
sugar
seasoning
curry leaf
cili padi
Method:
1)Fry the prawns with hot oil.
2)At the same time, mix up the milk and the egg yolk.
3)Put butter into hot pan, then put in (2). Turn off the fire.
4)In another pan, put in butter + curry leaf + cili padi + (3) + sugar + seasoning. And lastly, put in the prawns that have been fried.
