Do not buy from them!
See my horror story below
.
"This is a Raven PRS styled guitar in excellent shape (has never been used)".
This is how the above guitar I bought was advertised. I wish it were true.

Here's what I actually received!
1) Why was one of the machine heads (low-E-string), completely different that the other strings? Different make and different style. Sticks out like a sore-thumb.
2) Why was one machine head (D-string) missing a white plastic spacer causing the machine head to have too much end play?
Was quality control on vacation that day when this guitar was made? I think not. I've never seen a supposedly "has never been used" guitar with these defects. That's just plain dishonest. I have nothing against used guitars as long as they're advertised as such. This guitar was mis-represented as  "has never been used".

But wait there's more.......
The guitar arrived with several other defects. I don't know if they were already there or were acquired during shipping? I sent several emails, all ignoring my questions about the defects. I never got a straight answer one way or the other.
Deep scratch on end near strap button
Dent on back of guitar
Crack through finish on side
Scratches on heel of neck
Crack through finish on side of fingerboard
I received the guitar, which was very late (almost two weeks) after check had been sent, deposited and cleared my bank. I was traveling and advised gbro62 of the defects after no replies to several emails. Finally they replied. I tried to offer a solution since I wanted the guitar but felt that since it was not new and had damage it was not worth the price I paid. Had I known of the machine heads or pick scratches the guitar had, I would not have bid my final price. I could have bought a new Raven West Guitar for about the same price and with warranty!

gbro62 did not offer a solution and said to return the guitar. I did not feel comfortable sending the guitar back since gbro62 already had my money and if they have the guitar back what problems will I have getting my money back? If he's not admitting the defects he'll say they were caused by me or the shipper and I could lose money and end up with no guitar. Not a good option. I advised that I was going to be out of the country until the following week but upon my return would be able to ship the guitar back. They advised that that was too long and that by that time, I had had the guitar too long? When they took their sweet time to ship the guitar to me?
Like another Raven once said.....Nevermore!
