Known Flaws: d2t01 two minor clicks during 
first :02 of Gimme Some Lovin'  

an 80 minute disc is required for d2, if you want to put 
encore after set 2.  If you only have a 74, then encore must 
be put on D1, as they were originally formatted in the
shn seeds.  On the shn's, the touch of grey encore is listed as 
"d1t12".  I left the name of the file as is, rather than change 
it to d2t10, in order to keep the md5 file verification intact.
