"Something old?"

"Check."

"Something borrowed?"

"Check."

"Something new?"

"Check."

"Something blue?"

"Ch-OH SHIT!"

Lita's eyes widened and full fledged shock overtook the diva.

"I don't have anything blue!" she wailed, stamping her foot in agitation. "I can't get married without something blue! It'll be horrible, bad luck, we'll be divorced in a week!"

"Lita, just calm down!" Willow gripped the taller redhead by the shoulders. "You need to calm down. It's just a silly superstition."

"Silly superstition?" Trish Stratus repeated incredulously. "It's tradition, it's expected, it's like wedding law!"

"Okay, you're not helping with the calming of the bride," Dawn frowned at the busty blonde. "And why isn't your hair done yet?"

Trish made a face, making a dismissive gesture behind her.

"Stephanie's hogging the hairdresser," Trish explained, a sour look on her face. "Honestly Li, I don't understand how you can get along with that spoiled little-"

"Trish! I don't have time for this!" Lita looked near tears. "My wedding is in shambles!"

"Just calm down honey," Buffy stepped forward, placing a comforting hand on the redhead's shoulder. "You just calm down. I'm sure we can find something blue. It can't be that hard."

Willow bit her lip, snapping her fingers when an idea came to her.

"I got it!" she declared happily. "You guys just sit tight and finish getting ready. I'll go get the blue."

With a reassuring smile and wave, the slender redhead was out the door. She looked up and down the hallway, eyes lighting up when she saw Edge and Christian conversing near the chapel doors.

"Am I glad to see you guys," she exclaimed happily, walking briskly over to him. Edge favoured her with one of his patented wolfish grins, giving her a deliberate once over.

"And how would your boyfriend react hearing that?" he asked teasingly. Willow gave him a mock glare, wagging her finger a bit.

"I know you're hopelessly in love with me Edge, but I already got a man," she chided him lightly. "And he would probably give you a Twist of Fate if you keep this up."

"What can we do for you Red," Christian interrupted with a grin of his own. Willow grinned back, fishing into her purse for money.

"I need you to go down to the corner store and pick me up something," she explained, handing them a five dollar bill. "It's of the utmost importance. If I don't get it, heads are going to roll."

Both brothers arched eyebrows.

"Sounds serious," Edge commented. Willow nodded erratically.

"It's deadly serious," she assured them.

"Well, than what do you need hon?"

"Well, this is going to sound strange . . ."

"You want me to what?"

Jeff Hardy stared down at his girlfriend in mild shock. She looked absolutely gorgeous in the scarlet red dress all the other bridesmaid wore, her hair simply clipped back and falling to her shoulders. Light makeup, his girl was so beautiful she hardly needed any, and tiny earrings with a simple necklace. She was the picture of
eloquence.

And she was standing in front of him with a box of blue Jello.

"It's not like you haven't done it before," she pleaded. "And it'll wash out after a day or so."

"But what I don't get is why you want me to dye my hair blue with Jello," Jeff interjected, hands going to his currently yellow and orange hair. "And one hour before the wedding, let's just say that I don't quite get it."

Willow blushed, looking down at her toes.

"It's for Lita," she explained. "She's freaking out over the whole wedding superstition. She has everything but something blue. And since you're going to walk her down the aisle . . ."

"You figured I could substitute for the something blue," he finished for her with a smirk on her face. Willow blushed a little harder.

"It's all I could come up with," she sniffed, giving him a slight pout. "Please?"

"I don't know . . ."

"Please?" this time her lower lip was protruding out further as she slinked over to him. Jeff could barely keep the grin off his face as the redhead wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him her best puppy dog eyes.

"Please?" this time added with a kiss to the corner of the mouth.

Jeff just laughed, shaking his head.

"Please?" another kiss, to his cheek.

"Please?" this time to his neck.

"Please," right behind his earlobe.

"You're such a tease," he exclaimed, wrapping his own arms around her waist. He brought the redhead's face back to his, giving her a sound kiss on the lips. Willow gave a soft mewl, toes curling at the sensation of his lips on hers. Eventually, they pulled back and he favoured her with another grin.

"I'd do anything for you," he told her warmly. Willow gave him an impish smile, tilting her head sideways slightly.

"Run around in neon yellow spandex in front of thousands of people?" she suggested lightly. Jeff faltered, raising his chin thoughtfully.

"Well - almost anything, anyway," he amended, giving her another smile. "And this is one of those things I would do for you."

She gave a happy squeal, claiming his lips for another kiss. This one was steamier than the last, his hands kneading her back softly. Willow pushed herself up against him, giving a soft groan at the contact.

"Pictures alone would be worth a few thousand - and me without my camera."

The sarcastic remark from the doorway startled the couple, Willow jumping out of Jeff's embrace immediately. Dawn grinned at them slyly from the doorway.

"And as much fun as it is to walk in on you two and embarrassing you, we do have a wedding going on here," the teen reminded them, wagging her finger reprimandingly. "And there is not enough time for you two to get horizontal. So on with the dying. The ceremony starts in like forty-five minutes!"

And with that the blonde girl was gone, flouncing down the hallway in the opposite direction of the bridal room. Willow and Jeff stood momentarily still, watching her go, before Willow remembered her task.

"Something blue!" she exclaimed, whirling around to face her boyfriend again. She held up the box of Jello and looked at him evilly.

"Take your shirt off."

"Are you sure you know what to do?"

Xander rolled his eyes, giving Buffy an exasperated look.

"I've been in a wedding before," he reminded her.

"And look how well that turned out," the Slayer shot back at him. "And if you mess up Lita's wedding, there will be hell to pay."

"The Dudleys would put you through a table," Matt Hardy told him thoughtfully.

"And Matt and Jeff would nail you with ladders," Buffy added.

"And don't forget a conchairto by Edge and Christian," Dawn added, wandering into the room with a smile on her face.

"A Last Ride from the Undertaker."

"A Pedigree from Hunter."

"Chokeslam from Kane."

"Walls of Jericho from Chris."

"Crossface from Benoit."

"Five Star Frogsplash from RVD."

"F-Five from Brock."

"Rock Bottom from The Rock."

"Figure Four Hold from Flair."

"Olympic Slam from Kurt."

Xander winced, and then nodded in defeat.

"I get it," he told them. "Much pain and death if I mess up. But I won't. Besides, you guys forgot the most obvious. Any screw up and Lita would kick my ass personally. Probably give me a HurricanLita."

"Nah," Dawn shook her head. "You would probably enjoy something like that, so she wouldn't."

Xander gave the blonde a dirty look, turning to talk to both Summers sisters.

"Shouldn't you be with the other ladies?" he asked them.

"Fine, we'll go," Buffy pouted. "Just remember. Don't mess up the ceremony. You've got a pretty basic job."

"Whatever," Xander waved at them dismissively, turning to face the decisively pale Matt Hardy.

"What's wrong man? Nervous?"

"Like you wouldn't believe," Matt confided in him. "When Lita told me what she wanted, I knew I would do it for her. She's been wanting this forever and I just hope I can give her what she wants."

"Don't worry man," Xander clapped his back. "It'll all be over soon."

Matt gave him a hopeful look.

"I hope so."

Willow waited rather nervously for Buffy to walk out in front of her. The redhead was the last of the women to walk out, before Lita herself would come down the aisle. Her eyes flicked over the guests, shaking her head in wonder as she took in the family and the wrestlers. There were just so many of them.

She squared her shoulders, refusing to give into stage fright. She was doing this not only for one friend, but both bride and groom. She wouldn't flake on them. And with that in mind, Willow took her first step out onto the aisle. Her eyes stayed in front of her, locking gaze with Xander. He stood with the other men, opposite all
the waiting bridesmaids. He shot her a comforting smile which she returned. Sighing gratefully when her march was over, Willow took her position at the altar.

The wedding march sounded out and everyone rose to their feet. Lita appeared at the end of the aisle, with a man on each arm. One was Matt Hardy, glowing with pride and happiness for the woman he considered a sister to him. He couldn't believe that she had asked him to walk her down the aisle, citing that he was in fact her
family. He was just so nervous about it, but he would do it for her. She looked so happy.

Jeff was on her other side, sporting a new blue hair colour. Edge and Christian starting chuckling up at the altar, finally realizing what Willow had done with the box of Jello. The trio made their way down the aisle, Lita's smiling face positively glowing as she took her place next to her future husband. The priest smiled at both of
them, opening his bible and clearing his throat.

:Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today . . ."

Wedding vows are long and boring. Willow could barely keep her mind on them, eyes kept flicking to her seated boyfriend. He shot her numerous smiles, ones she returned brightly. As soon as this was over, she was going to kiss that man. He was just too handsome.

The I dos were over and done with. Willow let out a sigh, at least everything was going smoothly. Now it was just time for the rings. Xander turned to her, and she got a good look at his face. For once, he was smiling free of any other emotion. No fear, no regret, no uncertainty, just happiness. Nothing but pure happiness on the face
of her childhood best friend. Willow could barely keep from bawling as she produced the ring and handed it to him.

Xander flashed her another smile before turning back to his bride.

"With this ring, I thee wed," he vowed, slipping the ring onto Lita's hand. The redhead smiled tearfully, looking at her groom with love.

"I now pronounce you man and wife."

Everyone let out a collective sigh, thankful the whole ordeal was over. Lita and Xander stood excitedly at the altar, grinning at each other like fools. Ah, young love.

Finally, Dawn had had enough. The blonde gave an irritated squeak, stamping her foot.

"Kiss her already!"

The reception was wonderful. People were dancing and chatting and laughing and a whole bunch of other good stuff. Willow was quite content in Jeff's arm as she watched the going ons. Her eyes flicked to Lita, seeing the woman on her own for the time being. She extracted herself from Jeff's arms, giving him a smile and promise of quick return. The redhead made her way over to the bride, sliding into the seat next to her.

"So?"

"The wedding was wonderful," Lita exclaimed, pulling the smaller redhead in for a hug. "Thank you so much for everything, especially with the blue thing."

"My pleasure," Willow assured her. Lita gave her another smile, one fading as a thought overtook her.

"Willow," she started. "Why did you give me a teddy bear for a wedding present?"

The redhead blushed, looking over at Xander as he stood talking with Matt Hardy and Chris Jericho.

"When we were like thirteen, Xander and I went to this fair thing," Willow began to explain. "He won me this stuffed frog, and I won him this teddy bear. We kept out on display in our rooms, despite the fact that I hated frogs and he was a guy. Well, when he turned fifteen, his dad took away the bear, citing that grown boys shouldn't have stuffed animals. Well, I stole the bear from Mr. Harris years ago, hiding it in Xander's room underneath his underwear. And when he moved out to his new apartment, we lost it somewhere. So, here's a new one, for you to hide in his underwear drawer. Just a sentimental childhood thingy."

Lita smiled warmly, nodding as she accepted the explanation. Her eyes went to her new husband.

"Of course, you do realize that you've just given me ammunition against him, right?"

Willow nodded, giving a small laugh.

"Who better than his wife, right?"

Lita smiled proudly.

"Right.
