EE-DAH-HOW Chapter was organized in December of 1921 in Nampa.  One of it's earliest Regents was local historian, Nampa High School history teacher, and lifetime resident Annie Laurie Bird, who spent years researching Nampa's past and wrote the book 'My Home Town',
published in 1968.
