PLEASE NOTE: My memory isn't working quite right right now... there may be misinformation.
The main dog in the story is Sport, whom we see first as a normal sized dog, trapped in a cage because of an operation that kidnaps dogs. Sport's master comes to rescue her dog, but the operator, Donavan Bell kidnaps her, allowing Sport to get away.
Near the beginning of a trial for suspected kidnapping, Bell is so confident that he won't be found guilty, but his lawyer tells him about the Road Rovers who "tell all", and Bell wants Sport to be found, because Sport is the only witness.
Sport, who is wandering in the streets of New York? is chased by a group of hired motorcyclists and eventually captured. But then the Rovers come by and get rid of the motorcyclists and take Sport to the RRHQ. Sport is transdogmafied so that he can confess in the trial.
On their way to Miami (where the trial is to take place), the Rovers encounter some bad guys who won't let them go to Miami. The Rovers take care of everything and go underwater to go the rest of the way to Miami. But once they reach Miami, Sport reveals the fact that he secretly made a deal with Parvo, the main operator of the operation, to lead the Rovers to Parvo's trap and release his owner. Parvo has deceived him though, so the Rovers are once again on the move and bring PARVO into their trap, which is mud which traps his vehicle.
Sport goes to testify at the trial and convicts Bell, who is sentenced to prison. He is returned to his original dog form and our 6th story comes to an end.
