Mailing lists are where the provider gives out mail, jokes, poems, whatever they say, to each person who requests to be added. Some cost money. Others, like the ones listed here, are completely free. You can visit their website to join or you can e-mail them asking to join. Below each website is the method to e-mail them to join.
