| Niki had just dropped of Tiare and I at the Priory. I was waiting for Sandra, when Tiare suggests putting back up the signs. So we got up on that shelf below the chalkboard. Apparently the shelf we were standing on has wheels! So as we were trying to staple the signs back up the shelf kept moving. I tried to get a better footing and knocked off two of Kumu's teacups. It was like time fluctuated just then. I looked at the teacups, watched them fall ever closer to the floor. I could hear myself yell "NOOOOO!" and then the horrible sound of the teacups shattering on the floor. I looked back at Tiare her face just as distorted as mine. Time became normal, and the panicking began. "You don't think she liked that right?! Oh no no no... But the pieces aren't that small..." We scrambled around gathering the pieces. Tiare and I glued the teacups back together pretty well I thought. Before we left the room "The cracks are hardly noticeable right?" "I think the cracks give it character," Tiare said convincingly. "Just to be safe, let's put it in the stash, out of sight." And off we went to Jamba Juice. |
