"Hi!" Michelle wlaked up to them. "I'm back!" Michelle had been on vacation. She had just arrived home the night before. "Hi!" Jenna jumped up and ran to greet Michelle. So far it was a good ay. Then a big, hairy, ugly demon popped out and grabbed Sandra. "Help Me!" yelled Sandra. then the monster and Sandra vanished before their eyes. "We have to save her!" yelled Jenna "But where did they go?" wondered Michelle. "To the library!" "The LIBRARY!?" asked Michelle completely confused, "Why would they go there?" "No! WE need to go there." The two zipped over to the library. After many hoursof research they still had nothing. "AUGH!, crappy library!" roared a frustrated Jenna. "What did you expect to find? Maybe a whole room fullof books on creepy monsters that kidnap people?!" Michelle replied sarcastically, obviously irritated about being inside all day. "Hey guys!" called a voice. They both turned. It was Katie! One of Jenna's good friends. "You're looking for books on monsters?" "Yeah.." Jenna admitted sheepishly. "Follow me," said Katie and began leading them to the back of the library. "Hmm..." Katie skimmed through the vast array of books. "Can you describe the demon?" "Big, horny and butt ugly" "Thankyou Michelle, you've just described half the male population." katie cleared her throat. "Jenna describe the demon please." "I would say about 6'5. Buff. A dark green. He had this odd crescent shaped thing on his cheek. that's all I saw." "Hmm, and it grabbed Sandra in broad daylight." The musky smell of the books bothered Jenna and Michelle. "Ahh! Yes! The Shibana demon!" "The Shibana demon!" Jenna and Michelle yelled in unison. "Hey, shut up, you two dumases!" whispered a harsh voice. It was a Masaki! "People are trying to study!" "Wait a minute, you're actually trying to study Meatballhead?" jenna asked. "Haha funny Nenna, why are you guys trying to find infoon the Shibana demon?" Masaki asked. "Not trying to find... fund," scoffed Katie pointing at a gruesome picture in a thick book. "You know they need an apprentice. I wouldn't be surprised if it was someone here." Everyone looked around suspiciously. "Of course Katie and I were in the library all day." "I was with Sandra before Michelle came." "It was you wasn't it Michelle! It attacked when you came!" accused Masaki with such animosity that Michelle began to cry. "Masaki! Stop accusing people! Michelle helped me research all day!" yelled Jenna, "everyone just chill out." A terrible silence fell over the group. Despite what she had just said, Jenna knew everyone was accusing someone just not aloud. What to do... Life suddenly felt like a cheesy 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' episode. Suddenly without any warning a blinding flash of light consumed the room. |
