| What became of the Clearly Canadian Pyramid? |
| Do you know that sparkling water drink? Clearly Canadian? I love those drinks and so did the most of the Mole Hole. So we bought a ton of those, when we were done with them we used them to make a cool pyramid against one wall of the room. As far as Kumu knew, until I wrote this story in her book, we got rid of the pyramid because she requested us to do so. It was right before lunch that Kumu was talking to me about the pyramid. "We should really get rid of that pyramid it's a disaster waiting to happen." I figured naw as long as her students don't touch it. They all stand over by it every now and then going "We should just knock it over..." Anyway Kumu went out for lunch as she always does. We all ate lunch together and were about to leave for class when suddenly the pyramid comes crashing down. No one had touched it or had been evenremotely near it at the time. Few bottles were left unbroken, glass shards everywhere. We raced around the room trying to pick up glass without cutting ourselves. But we didn't exactly have a broom or anything. Relieved we finished cleaning up with time to spare, we had pained looks on our faces as we went out the door and she came in. It was just us enjoying our glass shards. |
