After my travel in Orlando, Florida, USA last January 27-29, 2003, I was again blessed and given a very big opportunity to travel to the second country I've traveled to -- Bangkok, Thailand. This time, its a very unforgettable experience because of a very meaningful training I've attended and the best global city I've ever been to --Bangkok. Here in this Asian country which is called the Land of the Rising Sun you can find the following:

- Hospitable people and respectful to their King
- Thais really like hot/chili flavored foods
- Bangkok has a very straight highway which connects all facilities.
- Most of all, they preserve their own culture and still patronize their own even if they have been globalized. It's in this city where you can find different nationalities harmoniously living in a very live city.
- However, Thailand's morality is not good due to legal prostitution.
- Most of all, it is in this country that I was able to eat delicious foods and made me fat for only five days! That's why I plan of coming back!!!

This travel was funded by the AIT- Distributed Education Center through the UNESCO funding and with the support of the AI3-Japan and of course with the authority by the DOST-ASTI. A filipina named Anna F. Villanueva is one of the staffs in the AIT-DEC which developed the VCLass e-learning software which will be used in the Asian Virtual Institute of Technology (AVIST).
