Positive Expectations

You, the student, will take ownership for your behavior, be it good or... not so good.
You will do the work of learning, I am only the facilitator of your learning.
You will learn to make sound decisions that provide the best possible outcomes for all concerned.
You will learn more about seeing adults as helpers in your endeavors, not adults as judges or punishers.
If you should choose poor behavior or to not respect others, me, the school staff or its property, you will face logical consequences.

If you
will do these things, I promise you that, by the end of this school year you will find a pleasing difference in yourself.  You will be happier, smarter and wiser that when you began this class.
Look at Terry, my bride, she knows what positive expectations can do!  (below)
