Mardi Gras Morning on WWL TV4, 2001
To kick off the new millenium's first Carnival, WWL Television called upon
Edward R. to bring his expertise to the city with a costuming segment designed to help folks create a costume from scraps and clothes commonly found around the home.  With his lovely assistant Miss Tara Brewer, Edward R. brought a wide selection of beautiful costumes made from things like tennis visors, dusters, material scraps, old gloves and scarves, and even an old Christmas wreath!
The segment was an instant success, and is now an annual feature!
